When can I claim?

Claims can be made 30 days after date of purchase. All claims must be submitted before 60 days from date of purchase.

What format is the cashback in?

The cashback will be fulfilled via cheque or BACs payment. Please ensure when you fill out your personal details on the claim correctly. We are not liable for any cheques/BACs payments that do not have the correct details after submission.

Do I have to purchase my product online to receive my cashback?

Customers can purchase their product either online or in store, subject to stock availability.

How will I receive my cashback?

Your cheque will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd class or the cashback will be sent to your bank account via BACs transfer.

Can I submit my cashback request with the retailer I bought it from?

What happens if my cheque is lost in post?

When can I expect my cashback voucher?

Both forms of payments are usually sent within 3-5 working days from your claim however please allow up to 28 days from date of claim. Once your claim has been received, your cash back application will be processed to ensure that we have all of the necessary information to validate your claim and arrange payment.

We aim to make payments within 28 days of the validation of your claim. Missing or incorrect information risks delaying the validation and payment so please check that you have provided all of the necessary correct information.

What happens if the website crashes halfway through a claim?

You will need to resubmit your claim from the beginning.

Can I submit one request even if I’ve purchased from different retailers/websites?
